Its uses permanent magnet so does not require any consumables and power to operate. it is available in different sizes and can we customized as per customer requirements, standard version available with a core of either three or five high-intensity 'rare earth' Neodymium magnet with 12,500 Gauss magnetic performance.

The presence of metal particles in food processing is always the source of problem in ensuring the product quality. The contaminants are present in the form of fine & tramp iron particles.

Our In-line magnetic filters are used to remove ferrous and paramagnetic tramp particles from food processing line. Matrix magnetic filters benefits are based on their ability to remove almost 100%* of ferrous particles including sub-Micron particles from the slurry or liquid. It can be installed before product intake points or finished goods outlet pointes for the removal of fine ferrous particles up to sub-micron in size. Contamination such as rust and fine ferrous dust from machine wear or pipe-line is too small to be detected by a metal detector but these can be easily trap by magnetic filter.

How It Works:-
Contaminated fluid enters the matrix magnetic filter via the inlet port and flow upside through the high intensity magnetic rods which attract and hold the contamination. Clean fluid comes out via outlet port. The magnetic rods are arrange in such a manner that pressure is always maintained even when the filter is full of contamination with particles and no Back pressure, generated. To clean the filter first open the c l amp then l ift-out the contaminated magnetic rods and remove the contamination from the rods using the specially designed cleaning tool
