Matrix Filter Cartridge:-
Our Filter Cartridge is made of special virgin long fiber paper, which is worked on In-depth Media Filter Technology and acts by extracting water and particles in a continuous filtration process. In the same time its safeguarding the desirable elements compounded within the oil. The special cellulose long fibers absorb free and dissolved water from the oil which is formed either through the combustion process or by condensation. Larger oil molecules are forced to pass between the different layers of the cartridge which removes up to 99.9% of water and contamination. As the oil passes through the cartridge, minute particles of carbon, wear metals, silicon, varnish and oxidation residues are extracted from the oil by adhering to the many layers of the filter cartridge. Removing water and particle contamination by continues flirtation- results the ageing effect of such catalysts are minimized, which enables the oil life to be extended.

How It's Work:-
Contaminated oil enters via central hole in the cartridge and is forced in to the area between the top of the cartridge and the top cover of the filter housing. Pressure from the pump continually pushes the oil through the tightly wound cellulose filter element, which absorbing water and particles in a continuous filtration process. The filtered oil then comes out through the outlet of the filter line.

Safeguard Additives:-
Matrix Filter Cartridge removes water and particles in a continuous filtration process, in the same time its safeguarding the desirable elements compounded within the oil. Levels of these elements become critical if the oil is to maintain its beneficial qualities. These include  Oxidation and Rust Inhibitors, Anti-foaming and Gelling additives, Deactivators, pour-point depressants, viscosity improvers, lubricity agents, fungicidal.

Oil Flow Rate:-
Flow Rate depends on various facture like viscosity, temperature, degree of contamination, and oil pressure, Pump pressure etc.

Filtration Level:-
Our filter cartridge are designed for complete removal of particles contamination down to less than 1 Micron & moisture below 500 PPM, with viscosity range from 10 CST up to 680 CST, at the NAS-1638 Class 6 levels.
